Practical versus theoretical

Last year,, during mapelei time....

i joined a discussion of my best friend, Ms X with her BFF, Mr Y....

actually they need a third party to solve their problem...

CASE:

Ms X broke promise to Mr Y..Mr Y spend almost half day to fetch that girl for outing.. because of some miscom, Ms X cancel the promise. Mr Y disappointed and stop contact that girl. Ms Y smells somethng not right with their usual chat, and ask the boy. The boy actually feel a bit angry and hate people who waste his precious time. then, the girl ask for

forgiveness. no answered from that boy. SILENCE.

After hearing (use the court procedure),

Me myself as a third party, deliver my opinion.

THEORY:

1) The girl asks for forgiveness many time..at last the boy accept it....

--> but usually girl will keep asking forgiveness even her forgiveness was accepted just to make sure the relationship remain like before.

--> The theory says: If the girl keep asking something like "do u really dont mind?", "sure u r not mad anymore?" to the boy...the boy will fed up and start to remember the past.

PRACTICALITY:

1) Let the time pass and do everything...it will heals all those pain...

i just can say here that: "U only can choose either theory or practical way if u r in this situation...sometimes, theory is acceptable when it became the practice...sometime,people prefer the practical way to solve their problem..."

In Islam also highlight the importance of hope...

Sometimes dejection or depression are due to a chemical imbalance just like anger, whether it is a psychotropic condition with depletion of brain amines, epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine, or a hormonal imbalance like hypothyroidism and Addison's disease. Therefore, all cases of depression should be evaluated for a treatable organic cause.

The way to fight dejection again is a mind-control phenomenon. We must realize that we are not in control of our destiny. Certain failures and adversity have been designed to teach us certain lessons.

The remedy for dejection is hope. God made hopelessness unlawful by saying, "Do not despair of God's mercy." Thus, no matter at what level of despair, depression and frustration we are, we must not give up hope as there is a ray of hope at the end of the tunnel. The greatest hope is mercy from God.

We Muslims believe that all our suffering, failures and adversities are nothing but a test from God, who has said, "You will not enter Paradise until you are tested. " He also said, "Be sure we will test you with something of fear and hunger, a small loss in wealth and lives and the fruits (of your labors), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere, when afflicted with calamities, to God we belong and to Him shall we return."(Chapter 2:15, 5-157).

Lee Lap Tiang owns a small rubber holding near Bruas. Next to his rubber holding is a plot of orchard own by his neighbour, Pawanteh. He saw Pawanteh started to waive his hand towards him. Lee Lap Tiang then shouted at Pawateh, “Will you sell me two of your best durians? I will come later this evening to your house and collect them.” However, at the time he was shouting, a small aircraft happen to fly low above his small holding but nevertheless he did see Pawanteh waving and nodding his head and even showing a raised thumb. Both then continue with their activities. Later in the evening, Lee Lap Tiang went to Pawanteh house to collect the durians. However, he was disappointed when told by Pawanteh that all of his durians have been sold. Angry at Pawanteh, Lee Lap Tiang now contemplates to sue him for breach of promise.

HERE a case...

Lee Lap Tiang a supervisor in Ban Tai Technology and Engineering Sdn. Bhd was supervising the loading of company’s product when he slipped and fell. Medical examination showed that his pelvic bone was broken. Investigation conducted by the company’s Health and Safety Department showed that the cause of the incident was due to the present of grease on the floor left by employees from the maintenance unit who had earlier service the machines in that area.

Lee Lap Tiang decided to sue Ban Tai Technology and Engineering Sdn. Bhd for negligence and claimed compensation of RM 100,000. During the court proceeding Lee Lap Tiang put forward several common law cases to strengthen his application. Accordingly, he claimed that the court was bound to follow the principles laid down in those cases.

At the hearing;

1. Ban Tai Technology and Engineering Sdn. Bhd argued that Lee Lap Tiang cannot sue the company because being an employee of the company, Lee Lap Tiang is covered under the SOCSO scheme thus, all injury sustained at workplace is borne by SOCSO.

2. Ban Tai Technology and Engineering Sdn. Bhd also argued that English cases cited by Lee Lap Tiang were not relevant and applicable.

7.00pm- td dah jamak Qasar asar n zuhur...t kite wat jamak maghrib n isya' terus la ek korg..hahaha(gunakan peluang musafir)..we heading to CM(Central Market).The Central Market is situated at the border of China Town. we shopping around there and i'm amazed with its structural and architectures especially their TOILET... macam masuk dlm istana lama2..hehe..

PASTU we tried DR FISH...huhu..awal2 mmg geli giler,,suara aku ngn mimi je dgr..smpai foreigners pun dtg tgk...10 minutes just RM 5...terasa cm lama,,sbb geli tgk ikan2 tu gigit2 kaki kite..actually dorg 'kiss2' dead skin kite...ho3..1st timer,,ak berjaya gak rendam kaki...Ila mmg caya lah...heroin,,de guna ikan besar,,ktrg berdua kt kolam ikan kecik je...xpe2,,next time kite lawan ye

then,,the watch shows it already 8.45pm...bila keluar dr CM je....ktrg terdgr bunyi yg slalo dgr..(macam2 aznil)

memang pun..Tarian Merak...haha..nale nale.. we got the chance to join the photography session..terasa cam model plak(ALAMAK,,TERLEBIH SUDAH)... jam 9.50 pm ktrg bertolak pulang ke bt gajah..penat sgt tapi syokkkkkk..(next plan nk g ice skating lak..hehe..sapa mau ikut??)

Antara perkara-perkara yg boleh membuat kita sedar betapa pentingnya sesuatu/seseorang,apabila.....

kehilangan org yg kita sayangi tanpa sempat mengatakan yg kita sayang padanya
perpisahan yg di buat atas dasar kebaikan kedua belah pihak
hilang kerana kecuaian sendiri
hampir meninggalkan dunia yang sementara
sakit dan tiada ubat nya
kehilangan salah satu nikmat yg diberi oleh Nya
menghayati lirik2 lagu keinsafan
melihat kebahagiaan orang lain
sendirian
sudah terlambat
berjauhan
kehabisan wang

PERCEPTION 1: "mak mintak 1 je..kat dunia ni,,ko nak wat pape pun mak x kisah..buat la,,tapi mak nak bila ko dah kawin nanti mak nak yg bertudung...."(idea: Syurga Cinta)

senang2 je kan..bila dah pakai,buang je..aku dari awal dah pernah terfikir hal ni...x kisah la dalam cerita ke realiti ke..at last,hero tu nak hidup ngan perempuan yang baek2 je...tapi pernah kah hero tu terfikir, sebelum de hidup dgn 'heroin' yang bertudung dan baek2 tu,de pernah hancurkan hidup seseorang yang bergelar 'wanita'? Ada sesetengah orang tu,target de hanya wanita yang bertudung dan baek2 sahaja(yelah,,sejuk di mata bila org pandang).memang betul,tapi ucapan tahniah ini hanya pada mereka yg x pnh hancurkan hdup seorang wanita. Tetapi pada mereka yg dah dapat 'anugerah' itu tetapi pernah hancurkan hdup seorang wanita,,perlukah diberi penghormatan? layakkah mereka menerima 'anugerah' itu? Sedarlah, penghormatan akan diberi kepada mereka yg layak menerima sahaja..Pernah kah mereka terfikir..nasib wanita yg telah dihancurkan itu? apakah nasib laki2 laen yg menerima mereka?

PERCEPTION 2: " Bila kawin t, ak bg la wife ak keje dulu...sekejap je la,nak bagi de rasa berbaloi ke x ngan beberapa tahun de penat study..." (idea: Senior IB)

Accidentally ak terdengar perbualan 'senior2' waktu kelas IB semalam..hahaha...dan ak mula berfikir,,adakah nasib ak juga begitu? ha2...yela,,zaman sekarang wanita suka bekerja,tapi itu tidak bermakna mereka lebih mementingkan kerjaya daripada kebahagiaan sendiri..tolong tukar pemikiran anda yg wanita tidak perlu bekerja hanya kerana anda sudah bekerja dan gaji anda sudah terlebih untuk menyara keluarga,,ap yang penting di sini, komunikasi secara tulus dan persepakatan sebelum kedua-dua nya bersetuju untuk meneruskan hidup bersama

PERCEPTION 3: " pasangan husband and wife tak boleh kedua-duanya dari PETRONAS???!!!"

Isu ni mula hangat di tempat study ak...hahaha...x taw la betul ke x..pasangan couple dah mula takut...bukan setakat dorang je, ad certain people yang aim nak cari pasangan hidup waktu intern or keje ngn petronas t mula goyah...hahaha..kenapa PETRONAS mula terfikir hal mcm ni? ak x taw pe pandangan dari pihak mereka, tapi pada pandangan ak...PETRONAS nak memperluaskan benefits n rewards yang setiap staff mereka dapt kepada orang lain..Bayangkan kalo dua2 dari PETRONAS? dua2 dapat bonus and benefits yang sama,padahal objektif utama PETRONAS nak bantu masyarakat...hal ni,,ak no komen =)

PERCEPTION 4: "Malu la kalo kita yang start dulu...macam perigi cari timba"

ada ke theori atau falsafah yang mengatakan kita sebgai kaum wanita tidak boleh bertindak dahulu? haha..ingin ak katakan di sini, kalo kita imbas kembali zaman nabi terakhir kita, Nabi Muhammad saw... ketika itu, isteri baginda sendiri; Siti Khadijah yang menghatar rombongan "meminang" dahulu...apakah itu? Tapi x taw la kan,,zaman itu boleh la...zaman sekarang susah nah cari laki2 'seperfect' itu..hehe..ak sering dinasihati oleh mak cik ku..bahagia de skrang.." Allah dah cakap dalam Quran, Wanita yang baik dijadikan untuk lelaki yang baik".... Ada 3 kategori jodoh..Pertama jodoh dari syaitan,kedua jodoh dari jin dan ketiga jodoh dari Allah...percayalah pada kuasa Nya..Insya allah..

p/s: yang baik itu dijadikan teladan dan yang buruk itu dijadikan sempadan

kita wajib percaya pada takdir yg telah di tetapkan utk kita

redha dengan ketentuan Nya...

ak harap someone yg ad masalah mcm ak dapat 'sesuatu' walaupun kecil sebesar zarah

ak baru sedar yg ak x taw nk jadi ape bila dh grad nanti

ak pun ada matlamat dan cita2..

tapi itu dahulu...long time ago...

sekarang,bila ak belajar dalam kos yg agak asing bgi ak...

semester by semester alhamdulillah ak dpt lalui walaupun ada masanya 'pahit'

semester ni...lain rasanya..bak kata org,,feel de laen ckt

ak terasa tanggungjawab ak mkn besar

jalan yg ak nak pilih ni bwk impak yg besar pada masa depan dan org2 yg ak sayangi kalo salah pilih jalan

pilih route yg susah dan jarang org nak cuba

i went to clinic just now

with my friends

i'm not sick but just to fulfill the req for OBS...

we need to have a medical check up and ask the consent from the doctor to participate in this kind of physically challenge...

oh God,, during my BP test...

i can assumed that the result was not v.good

because i can saw it from his face(the doctor)...ha2

and i saw my hand turn into white and pale

ho3..

n he suddenly asked me

"have you ever face some kind of dizzy when u change ur position?"

then i answered.."no..y doc?"

"from this measurement 100/60,,u are having low blood pressure"

hahahahaha....

i predicted it already..

"but i still can let u go for OBS.."

lol

thats what i want to hear from u doc...

coz this OBS will be my last memories with some of my friends before

we are separated for internship end of this year

coz this semester break will be my last semester break

before internship...

coz i know during final year period,

stands for Information Resource Centre

there are a lot of places and spaces that we are as a student need to discover

hahaha

every day i change my position and places

just like to have a nice env and karma...hahaha

i'm not as typical as Sheldon(a guy in a bing bang theory) who is very concern about their position in his house..hahaha

where can i study here?

on the couch?

between book shelfs? cool...

haha..i dun want to share where am i rite now..

concentrate facing a big wall, near the restroom
